I sometimes feel like “that mom” that never really does anything fun/different with my kids. It’s so easy to get stuck in a rut doing the daily grind. So, last week, I thought we would do something fun together…so, we painted some pumpkins. The girls loved it!
Selah started off being fairly neat about her painting project…

Myla was a lot more methodical and particular with her painting…although their end products looked about the same.
As you can tell, things started getting a little messier with Selah…notice her forehead, feet, shirt, pants, cardboard box and driveway. HA! She was having a good time regardless!
Needless to say, we came straight in and got in the bathtub! I will say that the paint was washable and came out of everything just fine!
